According to the Greater Manchester Police, 2 explosions set off after pop singer Ariana Grande’s concert in London killed at least 19 people and injured 50. This incident is suspected of having terrorist involvement, though it is not confirmed yet. Videos surfaced on Twitter showing the aftermath of the explosion and warning people to seek cover or run if they were at the concert. Police issued a notice for people to stay away from the Manchester Arena, where the explosions occurred. Eyewitness accounts say that there were two large explosions followed by smoke flooding the main corridor of the arena. Mass panic arose as people were flooding to get out of the arena around 10:30pm GMT.

Bomb disposal teams have been dispatched to the scene to further investigate the situation. The police are treating this as a terrorist attack until they find out other information that proves the situation to be something else. The security border around the arena has lessened, and individuals who were at the concert are now able to see their family members, but there are still many injured being rushed to hospitals nearby. Lost children separated from their parents are being given shelter at the local Holiday Inn nearby.
