During this season, the NC State Fair comes to Raleigh for 10 days, drawing in crowds from all over. You can explore charming pumpkin patches, visit farmers’ markets filled with fresh fall produce, or take scenic drives to enjoy watching the falling leaves all around. This season is all about embracing the cooler weather, gathering with friends and family, and soaking up the unique charm that fall brings to our beautiful state.

You can check out everything from impressive livestock displays to rows of prize-winning produce that highlight the diversity of our farming community. It’s amazing to see those pumpkins and other things on display! The fair features FFA programs, where younger people show off their projects and animals.. It’s a great way to connect with our farming and appreciate all the hard work that goes into feeding our communities.
