Molly Clemmer is one of the Outstanding Seniors for the class of 2025. Clemmer’s dedication, leadership, and drive for success has made an impact among her peers. Her hard work has made her a role model and a stand out in both academic and extracurricular activities. During her time at Millbrook High School, Clemmer has shown a passion for learning and commitment to her community. Her dedication to success is clear through her involvement in school activities, where she has been a positive influence on other students.
There are many things about the Millbrook community that have been meaningful during Clemmer’s four years at Millbrook. Clemmer’s favorite class has been Agricultural Mechanics because the class provides hands-on learning which relates to real life experiences. Mr. Berguland, the Agricultural Mechanics teacher, is one of Clemmer’s favorite teachers and has provided some of her most memorable classes. Attending the Friday Night Football games has been one of Clemmer’s most cherished Millbrook memories because she gets to cheer on the Wildcats with her favorite people.
Clemmer is very involved in the Millbrook Community. She has served as Co-President of the Science Honor Society and is an active member of the National Honor Society. She manages the wrestling team, serves on Student Government, and is a member of both the Future Farmers of America program and the Millbrook Ambassadors program. As a Millbrook Ambassador, she gets to share with future Wildcats what makes our school such a special place. Her wide range of leadership roles shows her passion for serving others and contributing to the Millbrook environment. Clemmer’s dedication to making a difference is very obvious through her connection and commitment.
One piece of advice Clemmer offers to incoming freshmen is to join Millbrook Ambassadors. “I’ve learned so many skills from it and it is a great opportunity,” she says. Clemmer describes her greatest accomplishments at Millbrook as being voted an Outstanding Senior and winning the state convention for Future Farmers of America. She is proud of how these experiences have shaped her leadership abilities and prepared her for the future.
Clemmer has had a huge impact on the people around her. One of her fellow classmates used the quote “be the change you want to see in the world” to describe how Clemmer embodies making a difference in her local community. Many of her teachers feel the same way about her, “Clemmer cares a lot about other people and her school. She has compassion and loves to help others. She also cares a lot about how she performs as a student and is always trying to do her best and goes above and beyond,” says Ms. Jessica George. Clemmer’s integrity and compassion for others make her remarkable among her classmates. She constantly strives to lead by example and inspire others to reach their full potential. Clemmer’s approachable attitude continues to make others feel comfortable and capable and at home at our school.
Next fall, Clemmer plans to attend North Carolina State University and major in Agriculture Business Management. She is very excited to continue her studies and for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Molly Clemmer leaves a big imprint for those of us left at Millbrook. The example of Clemmer’s perseverance and drive will serve as an example for future seniors. From exceeding in Agriculture Mechanics to being involved in the National Honor Society and Future Farmers of America, Clemmer has shown involvement and dedication at every level. As she prepares to attend North Carolina State University, Clemmer’s commitment to the Millbrook community has set her up for success in the future.
