Kanye is known to reveal his harmful thoughts and statements on social media. Kanye has posted images of “White Lives Matter” propaganda which was adopted by neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups in response to the Black Lives Matter movement. West then moves to Twitter and tweets, “I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 on Jewish people the funny thing is I actually can’t be anti-Semitic because black people are actually Jewish. Also you guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball anyone who opposes your agenda.” This tweet represents just how problematic Kaye can be.

Many influencers have reached  out about Kanye’s newest controversial statements trying to prevent antisemetic groups from resurfacing. Jamie Lee Curtis was one of many celebrities to speak up after West’s tweet. She responded with her own tweet, noting, “The holiest day in Judaism was last week. Words Matter. A threat to Jewish people ended once in a genocide. You are a father. Please stop.” Many other responses have been made about Kanye’s tweet like the brands that represent him. Brands like Adidas, Gap, JPmorgan Chase, MRC, TJ Maxx, The RealReal, Peloton, Foot Locker, CAA, and Balenciaga have all dropped Kanye in response to his antisemetic statements.
