Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bunchen are getting a divorce, after 13 years of marriage and having 3 children together. Following the 2021-2022 Tom Brady announced his retirement, and 49 days later he decided to come out of retirement and play the 2022 season. There is speculation that Brady returning to football after he retired started the end of their marriage. Once he announced his return to football Gisele moved out, and now they are filing for divorce. Brady has played 23 seasons in the NFL and is going into his 24th season now.

Brady and Bundchen each announced on Instagram their divorce on Friday. Brady, 45, had retired from the NFL in February, only to later reverse that decision. He took an 11-day leave of absence from training camp in August to “deal with personal things,” according to his head coach Todd Bowles. Brady and Bundchen are trying to keep this private and amicable because they still have kids together.
