Serena Williams, the most decorated female tennis athlete in history, announced today that she is expecting her first child. Williams has won more Grand Slam titles than any other player in the Open Era, earning her 23rd at the Australian Open in January. WIlliams was pregnant during her win at the open. Posing for snapchat, Serena captioned her selfie with “20 weeks” and posted it this morning. Her snapchat was later deleted and her pregnancy announcement was among us. Serena recently became engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian in December.
